A small pause from work today left me a few pennys poorer, stiffed armed and wondering ... wtf?
mix equal parts: Yellow Fever, Hep. A (booseter), Hep. B (booster) and typhoid. Garnish with a prescription for Malarone (250mg) and Azithromycin (500mg) chase with Jameson, rinse and repeat as necassary -- the Jameson, naturally!
