Ahh the circle spots (under eyes) (from too much sleep)... the tug begins for me, too. Pals in Berlin and Leipzig write me back, insisting I come and visit, play, construct an installation even (!)... so it looks as tho' my tix will be pointed thereabouts and THEN putter putter border traipse to CZ- land. All conjecture though; I feel I cannot truly make plans until a severely large sum of bullion has been deposited into the clasping clutches of some airline, hence making it somehow tangible (gasping sounds and credit card statements being more concrete than fomenting thoughts and ideas, hee hee).

i would rather jump over to st. petersburg from helsinki, but i don't think we (as in les putain americans!) are on their friendly "24 hour" transit visa agreement or some such insanity.

i was in 'gulf of maine books' and asked if they had any travel guides to scandinavia. they didn't. but i was informed estonia is "beautiful!" and they have cheap booze!

regardless i want to be as far north as possible for the solstice!
